No, we do not allow any returns, exchanges or refunds. All items are final sale.

How long does shipping take for online orders?

How does sizing work for mens/womans shoes?

All shoes on the site are in mens sizing UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. The conversion from Mens to Womens is +1.5 (8 Mens is 9.5 Womens). This also applies to the conversion of Grade School (GS) to Womens.

Are all your items brand new?

Yes, everything on the site is Brand New unless specified otherwise. Please note that some items may be tried on in-store. We ensure to clean any items if necessary before shipping.

Are all your items authentic?

Yes, everything we sell is 100% guaranteed authentic.

Do you buy items from customers? Sneakers/clothing etc.

Yes, we are always buying items from customers. We currently only buy brand new clothing/accessories, aswell as brand new or used sneakers. Reach out via our Buying Form if you wish to sell any items to us. 

Do you offer consignment?

No, we do not do consignment at this time.
